Eniola Oladipo is a senior NHS executive and Board advisor specialising in workforce strategy, leadership pipeline development, and organisational resilience within complex public sector systems.
Her work focuses on making leadership capability visible, strengthening succession confidence, and reducing reliance on reactive executive search. She supports organisations to build structured, inclusive leadership pipelines that enable continuity at Board and executive level.
As a trusted advisor to Chairs, Chief Executives and Chief People Officers, Eniola brings clarity to workforce risk, helping organisations move from fragmented talent management to coherent, system-wide capability.

Eniola has held national and regional leadership roles within NHS England, influencing workforce strategy and leadership development across over 200 organisations. Her experience includes:

- Talent Architecture: Designing and implementing career management systems and succession frameworks that improve visibility of internal talent and leadership readiness.

Alongside executive leadership, she holds multiple Board roles across sectors, bringing a diverse perspective that bridges operational reality with governance oversight.
