Eniola Oladipo is an expert institutional adviser, executive coach, and the Managing Director of ECL. She specialises in workforce strategy, leadership pipeline development, and organisational resilience within complex public sector networks and health systems.

Her work focuses on strengthening talent architecture, leadership depth, and workforce governance through an inclusion lens. Having transitioned her extensive frontline expertise into ECL's proprietary consultancy framework, she advises Chairs, Chief Executives, and Executive Directors on mitigating workforce risk and securing long-term leadership sustainability.

Prior to founding ECL, Eniola built an authoritative track record in national and regional executive roles within NHS England, operating across 200+ organisations to transform workforce governance and systemic accountability.

Her executive background includes:
